Haus Branol, consisting of two large apartments (95 m2), in Presseggersee, Hermagor. The house is located in a small neighborhood some distance from the regional road towards Hermagor. This regional city, where you can eat well and do your shopping, is only six minutes away by car.
If you're in need of an ice skate, it's only a ten minute walk to Lake Presseggersee. If you fancy a walk with your pet, you can, for example, make a round around the Presseggersee from home, or do one of the many other winter hiking routes in the area. Your apartment is only 12 minutes by car from Kärnten's largest ski area, the Nassfeld. The free ski bus stops a 5-minute walk from your apartment.
Would you rather be a tourist for a day? No problem! With only 55 minutes drive you are in the historic center of the university town of Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, the capital of Carinthia. The cities of Ljubljana and Venice are also easily accessible.
In addition to going out, you can use the sauna for a fee.

Three-country point Arnoldstein
In less than half an hour's drive you can reach the cable cars that lead not only to the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia, but also to wonderful hikes with beautiful views of the Karawanken and Julian Alps in Slovenia.
Nassfeld-Presseggersee
This ski area, with over 110 kilometers of slopes, and its immediate surroundings are not only ideal for great skiing in the winter, but also for hiking, cycling, thanks to the many possibilities created by the municipality of Hermagor.
Venice and the Adriatic
The beautiful palaces and bridges of Venice are less than three hours' drive from the house. The Adriatic Sea is even closer; you are only two hours away from the breathtaking Adriatic coast.
